Russian president Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram today to his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan in connection with Sargsyan’s birthday anniversary. Sargsyan has turned 63 today.

"Dear Serge Azatovich, accept my heartfelt congratulations on your birthday anniversary. Thanks to your long-lasting state activity, you have won the great respect of your country fellows and a considerable international prestige," the message says.
"We highly appreciate your personal contribution to the strengthening of friendly and allied relations between our countries, as well as to mutually beneficial integration processes in the Eurasian space," the Russian president's congratulation reads.
"I am always glad to communicate with you; I hope that our constructive dialogue and joint productive work on the pressing issues of the bilateral and international agenda will continue. I cordially wish you, dear Serzh Azatovich, good health, happiness, prosperity, success and all the benefits," Putin’s
