Major General Kiril Kulakov has been appointed as new commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, Artsakhpress reported.
YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. Major General Kiril Kulakov has been appointed as new commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, Artsakhpress reported.
Kulakov has replaced Colonel General Alexander Lentsov (formerly deputy commander-in-chief of the Ground Forces of the Russian Armed Forces), who was appointed on April 25 of the current year.
Kulakov was born in 1969. Before this appointments he served as commander of the Kazan Higher Military Command School.-0-
