YEREVAN, February 14. /ARKA/. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturian signed on Wednesday a number of decrees on appointments and resignations in the Armed Forces, at the suggestion of the Prime Minister.

Kamo Kochunts was dismissed from the post of First Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.

The President appointed Artur Yeroyan as Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, relieving him of the post of the Head of the V. Sarkisian Military Academy.

Artak Budaghyan was appointed commander of the joint (Armenian-Russian) grouping of troops. -0-
