Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of failing, for the second time, to fulfill its promise to release Armenian prisoners of war.
YEREVAN, October 3. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of failing, for the second time, to fulfill its promise to release Armenian prisoners of war.
"The first case was in May, when the promise was made in Brussels, and the second now, when in Washington, Azerbaijan pledged to release 17 Armenian prisoners of war by September 30," Pashinyan said in a tweet.
Earlier, representative of the Armenian captives at the ECHR Siranush Sahakyan said that as many as 80 Armenian prisoners of war were held in Azerbaijan. -0-
