Pashinyan: No date or place set for next Armenian-Azerbaijani border delimitation meeting

YEREVAN, January 31. /ARКА/. There is no date or place set for the next meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.

"There is an agreement that the delimitation commissions will continue to work, but at the moment, there is no specific agreement on the location and timing of the meeting," he said at a press conference on Friday.

Pashinyan noted that the commissions will operate within the framework of the adopted Regulations, which outline all the processes.

"I must honestly say that in 2024, the delimitation process became very substantive. We now have the first interstate document with Azerbaijan, which has gone through the necessary procedures in both countries, and in fact, each country has de jure confirmed this document, which is of great and fundamental importance," he said.
