YEREVAN, June 18. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called statements about possible danger to Syunik provocative and unfounded.
“These statements are made to generate anxiety, panic and uncertainty among the citizens of Armenia,” Pashinyan said at a briefing on Wednesday.
The prime minister recalled that Armenia and Azerbaijan had agreed on a draft treaty on peace and the establishment of interstate relations.
“And as I have already said, there will be no new war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, there will be peace,” Pashinyan said.
