Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian met today in Moscow with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov (Russia), Stefan Visconti (France) and Andrew Schofer (USA) for an exchange of views on the necessary steps to create favorable conditions for advancing the process of exclusively peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem, the Armenian foreign ministry said.

YEREVAN, November 14. /ARKA/. Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian met today in Moscow with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov (Russia), Stefan Visconti (France) and Andrew Schofer (USA) for an exchange of views on the necessary steps to create favorable conditions for advancing the process of exclusively peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem, the Armenian foreign ministry said.

The co-chairs were said to have discussed the steps aimed at implementing the agreements reached during the presidents’ summits in Vienna, St. Petersburg and Geneva.

The parties discussed also the possibility of organizing a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers. The personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk attended the meeting. -0-
