YEREVAN, January 26. /ARKA/.  Mushegh Muradyan has been appointed new governor of Armenia's Shirak province.

His candidacy was approved at the session of the Armenian government today. Prior to his appointment, he served as director of Arpi Litch reserve in Shirak province.

Former Shirak Governor Nazeli Baghdasaryan tendered her resignation the previous day. --0
