YEREVAN, September 11. /ARKA/. Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Ministry warned today that Azerbaijan is preparing a new provocation.

"Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's reports that the Defense Army of Karabakh had to suspend fortification of its positions located outside the town of Askerant at around 01:00 September 11 as a result of the measures taken by Azerbaijani armed forces is another disinformation concocted in Baku,’ it said.

‘It is obvious that the Azerbaijani side is not abandoning its plans to carry out another major provocation against Nagorno-Karabakh and is preparing informational background for it," the Artsakh Defense Ministry said. -0-
