Kamo Tsutsoulian was removed from his position as Director of the Rescue Service – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and appointed Chief of Police – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
Aram Ghazaryan was removed from his position as Chief of Police – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and appointed Director of the Rescue Service – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
