YEREVAN, August 2. /ARKA/. The governor of Armenian province of Gegharkunik Gnel Sanosyan was relieved of his post in accordance with a government decision today.

Sanosyan was appointed to this position in October 2018. Prior to that he served as Deputy Minister of Environment.

Armenian mass media report suggest that Sanosyan will be appointed as Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures to replace Suren Papikyan, who was appointed today as Deputy Prime Minister by the presidential decree. -0-
