YEREVAN, October 7. /ARKA/. Armenia's former Justice Minister Karen Andreasyan, who resigned earlier this week, has been elected today by parliament as new chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC).

Andreasyan and Deputy Justice Minister Yeranuhi Tumanyants were elected as new members of the Supreme Judicial Council on October 5.
