YEREVAN, June 25. /ARKA/. Armenia’s National Security Service has detained today Vachagan Ghazaryan, a former chief of security service for former president Serzh Sargsyan.

The news was announced by the press-secretary of the National Security Council Samson Galstyan, who promised to reveal more details later.

A recent search at Yans club in Yerevan, rumored to be owned by Ghazaryan, police found one million and 100 thousand US dollars, 230,500 euros and 36 million drams in cash. The money was deposited with the Central Bank until their origin is established. -0-
