YEREVAN, September 16. /ARКА/. Armenia's risk premium has decreased after the leaders of Armenia, the United States and Azerbaijan signed the Washington Declaration, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan said at a press conference on Tuesday.

"If Armenia signs a comprehensive and final peace agreement with Azerbaijan, the risk premium will decrease even more," Galstyan said. However, he found it difficult to say by how much.
