As part of the fact-finding mission of the human rights defender in Artsakh, it became clear that the deliberate burning of the forests of Artsakh by the Azerbaijani side is widespread and covers all regions. According to preliminary information, 1815 hectares of forest areas have already been set on fire, but fires continue in different places, there is a tendency for a rapid spread.

Since the beginning of the war, there have been three attempts to establish a humanitarian ceasefire. All three agreements, which were reached on October 10 through the mediation of the Russian Federation, on October 17 through France and on October 25 through the mediation of the United States, were violated by Azerbaijan. -0---
