The Armenian Parliament has elected Davit Khachatryan as a judge of the Constitutional Court in a secret ballot on May 22.
YEREVAN, May 22./ARKA/ The Armenian Parliament has elected Davit Khachatryan as a judge of the Constitutional Court in a secret ballot on May 22.
Khachatryan’s candidacy, proposed by the general meeting of judges, was approved unanimously with 70 votes "in favor."
Davit Khachatryan is the brother of Sasun Khachatryan, Head of the Special Investigation Service of Armenia.
Previously, since October 30, 2023, DavitKhachatryan held the position of a judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation. -0-
