YEREVAN, June 12. /ARKA/. The “struggle” of the Tavush for Homeland protest movement will continue indefinitely, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said on Wednesday.

“Our struggle will continue indefinitely. I said four days, but now I can say four more days, one more month, one more year,” he told journalists. A crowd of Galstanyan’s supporters set camp in Yerevan’s Baghramyan Avenue on Monday morning, blocking the roadway in front of Armenia’s parliament, the National Assembly.

Earlier on June 9, Galstanyan declared a 96-hour long strike and called on opposition members of the parliament to initiate an extraordinary parliamentary session to seek the resignation of the current government.
