YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Araik Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees on Tuesday, his press office reported.
It said the president dismissed Leva Mnatsakanyan as head of the Artsakh Police, replacing him with Ashot Hakobjanyan. Before this appointment, Hakopjanyan served as deputy chief of Artsakh police Hakobjanyan was awarded the rank of Police Major General, the press office said.
Araik Harutyunyan also unveiled the composition of his new government, which is composed of 13 ministries and eight government-affiliated agencies. -0-
