It said that Azerbaijanis managed to obtain several mobile phones of Armenian servicemen and now its special services make calls to subscribers from the phones' contact lists trying to get information about the hostilities in Artsakh, and also cause panic among civilians.
"The NSS of Artsakh urges citizens not to answer suspicious phone calls. In case of receiving such calls, they should immediately notify the NSS," the agency said. -0
