YEREVAN, May 17. /ARKA/. The Armenian armed forces' soldier who received gunshot wounds today incompatible with life as a result of Azerbaijani armed forces' shelling in the direction of Armenian positions outside the Sotk vilage in Gegharkunik region died before hospitalization.

"The health condition of the paramedic who was also wounded in the shelling is satisfactory; his life is not in danger," the Armenian Defense Ministry reported.

The incident provoked by Azerbaijani troops occurred on May 17, at around 16:15 outside the village of Sotk, located near the border with Azerbaijan.

The ambulance paramedic was wounded when he was transporting the serviceman wounded earlier-0-
