Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on Tuesday relieving Tigran Parvanyan of the post of commander of the United (Armenian-Russian) Group of Forces.
YEREVAN, March 15. /ARKA/. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on Tuesday relieving Tigran Parvanyan of the post of commander of the United (Armenian-Russian) Group of Forces.
The text of the decree published on the president's website says the decision was made on the basis of the prime minister's proposal.
Parvanyan was appointed to the post in 2018 by ex-president Serzh Sargsyan.-0-
