Armenian premier meets with Ramkavar Azatakan Party representatives

Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has received a delegation led by Ramkavar Azatakan Party (RAP) Central Board Chairman, founding director of the Argentina-based Sardarapat weekly Sergio Nahapetyan, the press office of the Armenian government reported on Wednesday.

YEREVAN, June 23. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has received a delegation led by Ramkavar Azatakan Party (RAP) Central Board Chairman, founding director of the Argentina-based Sardarapat weekly Sergio Nahapetyan, the press office of the Armenian government reported on Wednesday. 

“Hailing the RAP for their activities aimed at preserving the Armenian identity and strengthening the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity, the Premier stressed that this traditional Armenian party has always been important in the pan-Armenian process and history has proved its viability,” the press release says. 

“Thankful for the reception, Mr Nahapetyan introduced his party’s programs, noting that the RAP is prepared for continued support for the sake of all Armenians and Armenia in order to address the challenges facing the nation.”

The participants of the meeting exchanged views on the preservation of national identity and language. 

They also outlined prospects for strengthening ties with Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.

Other issues of mutual interest were discussed at the meeting as well. ---0----
