YEREVAN, October 4. /ARKA/. An Armenian parliamentary delegation, led by Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan left for the Russian Federation on a three-day official visit, the press service of the Armenian parliament said.

It said the Armenian lawmakers will have meetings with the head of the Russian State Duma (lower chamber of parliament) Vyacheslav Volodin, Minister of Foreign Affairs n Sergey Lavrov and Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation (upper chamber of parliament) Valentina Matvienko.

Members of the Armenian delegation will also meet with the faculty and students of the Russian Diplomatic Academy.

The Armenian delegation will be received by the Primate of the Novo-Nakhichevan and Russian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Yezras Nersisyan.

On the final day of the official visit, the Armenian delegation will meet with representatives of the Armenian community of Russia. --0--
