Haykakan Zhamanak (Armenian Time) reports that Russia’s elite has made this political decision to support Karen Karapetyan’s government, to strengthen Karapetyan’s position in Armenia’s power hierarchy and society.
“Taking into account that foreign investments made over entire 2016 didn’t reach even a half of this amount, it can be said that this figure will be significant and will serve the purpose,” the paper says. --0---
