Armenian delegation to attend CIS gathering in Russian St. Petersburg

An Armenian parliamentary delegation, led by the Chairman of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan will be in the Russian St. Petersburg on April 18-20 to participate in a meeting of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly’s Council.
YEREVAN, April 17. /ARKA/. An Armenian parliamentary delegation, led by the Chairman of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan will be in the Russian St. Petersburg on April 18-20 to participate in a meeting of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly’s Council.
The Armenian parliament press service said the delegation will also take part in the 49th plenary session of the Assembly, in meetings of its standing commissions on political issues and international cooperation, defense and security and legal issues, as well as in the forum on countering international terrorism.
During the visit, Mirzoyan is to have bilateral meetings with colleagues and meetings with representatives of the local Armenian community.
The delegation includes chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan, chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan, chairman of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Government, Agriculture and Nature Conservation Varazdat Karapetyan and law-makers G. Gevorgyan and Anush Begloyan. -0-
