Armenia’s Ministry of Defense has denied today Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s reports claiming that Armenian troops opened fire on Azerbaijani military positions located in the northeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on March 2 evening, saying these reports do not correspond to reality.

YEREVAN, March 3. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Ministry of Defense has denied today Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s reports claiming that Armenian troops opened fire on Azerbaijani military positions located in the northeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on March 2 evening, saying these reports do not correspond to reality.

The Armenian Defense Ministry said the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable and is under the full control of its forces.

The Armenian Defense Ministry has to periodically deny Azerbaijan's allegations about the violation of the ceasefire regime by the Armenian armed forces. -0-
