YEREVAN, March 12. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan denied reports that 180 trucks are currently backed up on the border with Iran.
"This information is untrue. Currently, there are 11 trucks there, which is normal," Pashinyan said at a briefing on Thursday, responding to a question about the backlog at the Agarak checkpoint due to communication disruptions.
On February 28, the US and Israel launched airstrikes on Iran, to which the Islamic Republic responded with a series of massive attacks. The conflict escalated into a full-scale war.
