YEREVAN, March 30. /ARKA/. Negotiations on the TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity) project have not slowed down; work is continuing as planned, stated Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
"Regarding the TRIPP project, the parties are exchanging new materials. We are currently in the process of coordinating documents, and the next step should be the signing of an intergovernmental agreement. After that, a joint venture will be created with a certain shareholding by both parties, investors will be attracted, etc.," Mirzoyan told reporters in Yerevan.
Mirzoyan recalled that Armenian government officials had previously expressed hope that construction would begin by the end of 2026, but he found it difficult to assess the feasibility of this at this time.
