The Armenian Administrative Court has upheld the Public Services Regulatory Commission's (PSRC) decision to revoke ENA’s license.
YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. The Armenian Administrative Court has upheld the Public Services Regulatory Commission's (PSRC) decision to revoke ENA’s license.
"By its decision of March 27, 2026, the Administrative Court completely dismissed Tashir Capital CJSC's claim against the Public Services Regulatory Commission. Consequently, the PSRC's decision to terminate Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC's license for electricity (capacity) distribution will remain unchanged," the PSRC reported.
