This must be done 72 hours before entering Russia.
"To register, you need to create a personal account in the application, upload a photo and personal data, indicate the expected dates of stay. In emergency cases - illness, death of a relative - an application can be submitted at least 4 hours before arrival. The innovation applies to all entry points of the Russian Federation," explained Georgy Mokhov, vice president of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (RUTI).
