YEREVAN, April 7. /ARKA/. The Armenian defense ministry has denied today a regular disinformation spread by Azerbaijan alleging that Armenian troops shelled their military outposts.

"The statement disseminated by the Azerbaijani defense ministry alleging that Armenian military units shelled Azerbaijani positions located on the northeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the evening of April 6 does not correspond to reality," the Armenian ministry said.

It noted that the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable and under the full control of the Armenian armed forces. -0-
