YEREVAN, October 3. /ARKA/. Azerbaijani armed forces fired at an Armenian military vehicle on Monday at around 2.25 killing one solider and injuring two others, Armenia’s Defense Ministry reported.

The killed soldier is Aram Kocharyan. He was killed when the vehicle he was in was delivering food to his fellow soldiers at a military position near the Kut village in the Gegharkunik province.

The Azerbaijani forces also targeted an ambulance “in gross violation of international humanitarian law,” the defense ministry added.

The injured soldiers were taken to a military hospital. The ministry said their lives are out of danger. -0-
