YEREVAN, August 26. /ARKA/. The Armenian Defense Ministry has released details concerning a serviceman who was admitted to the hospital due to a gunshot injury.

In response to media questions about "a serviceman admitted with a gunshot injury," the ministry's press secretary stated that the serviceman had received emergency surgery and was subsequently moved to the Central Clinical Military Hospital.

"The serviceman is presently under the care of hospital medical staff; his life is not at risk," the announcement indicated.-0-
