At a meeting on Thursday, the Armenian government approved the allocation of 2.8 billion drams to co-finance subsidy programs in the regions for infrastructure development.
YEREVAN, December 11. /ARKA/. At a meeting on Thursday, the Armenian government approved the allocation of 2.8 billion drams to co-finance subsidy programs in the regions for infrastructure development.
According to RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan, the project provides for allocations for 27 programs in 14 communities.
"The programs will be financed in the Aragatsotn, Ararat, Armavir, Gegharkunik, Lori, and Kotayk regions. Eight urgent programs have also been implemented in eight communities for a total of 129 million drams. Specifically, three programs each in the Aragatsotn and Gegharkunik regions, one each in the Syunik and Tavush regions," Khudatyan noted.
The minister announced that, with today's decision, the budget co-financing for subvention programs for 2025 will reach 21 billion 59 million drams.
"There will also be a need for an additional appropriation for a large-scale program costing approximately 10 billion drams," Khudatyan added. ($1 = 381.82 drams).
