Sirius Capital will place New Age Construction bonds worth 1 billion drams

YEREVAN, June 17. /ARKA/. Sirius Capital CJSC plans to place registered coupon bonds of New Age Construction LLC from June 22 to October 30, 2026.

According to the company's website, the total issue volume is 1 billion drams. The placement will be carried out through a public offering.

The program prospectus for the registered coupon bonds of New Age Construction LLC was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia by Decision No. 1/218 A dated May 20, 2026.

Investors can review the program prospectus, the final terms of the issue, and obtain a printed version of the documents at the head office of Sirius Capital CJSC, located at: Yerevan, Erebuni Plaza Business Center, 10/10. Vazgen Sargsyan, 26/1, Office 812.

New Age Construction LLC has previously raised funds in the Armenian capital market through bond issuances. Specifically, in 2025, the company placed registered coupon bonds in the amount of 1.5 billion drams through Sirius Capital. The program prospectus for this issue was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia by Decision No. 1/238 A dated July 16, 2025.
