According to the publication, the rental income of Tashir Group properties is estimated at $700 million. The company's portfolio includes 1,076,000 square meters of retail space, 98,000 square meters of office space, 48,000 square meters of warehouses, and hotels with 892 rooms.
The group's largest properties are the Rio shopping center on Dmitrovskoe Highway (220,000 square meters), the Kvartal West mixed-use complex (140,000 square meters), and the Novotel Moscow City (360 rooms).
In December 2025, the technical opening of the 135,000 square meter Avenue Sever shopping center near the Seligerskaya metro station in Moscow took place.
