YEREVAN, January 29. /ARKA. There are about 80 barriers hindering integration within the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with Russian news agency RBC.
"The main thing is to eliminate the existing barriers. These barriers are stemming from legislation, regulations and besides these existing de jure barriers there are still de facto barriers. Our main goal will be to eliminate at least some of them," said Pashinyan.
In response to an RBC journalist’s remark that that would become a kind of "velvet revolution in the EEU, Pashinyan said the word ‘revolution’ is not appreciated across EEU and therefore he will not use it.
