YEREVAN, March 10. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi discussed current programs in Armenia's energy sector, small modular reactor technologies, and nuclear energy development prospects at a meeting in Paris.

According to the government press service, the two discussed the development of peaceful nuclear energy, as well as cooperation between Armenia and the IAEA.

The parties emphasized the importance of the consistent implementation of nuclear safety programs, technical cooperation, and expert assistance.
