Parliament elects Ara Nranyan member of Armenia’s PSRC

Ara Nranyan was elected today by Armenian parliament a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).
YEREVAN, October 5. /ARKA/. Ara Nranyan was elected today by Armenian parliament a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC). His candidacy was backed by 68 lawmakers. Seven parliamentarians voted against.
Nranyan was the only candidate for this position and is the only candidate from the parliamentary opposition.
Ara Nranyan was born on October 15, 1973 in Yerevan. In 2016-2019 he served as deputy head and member of the Oversight Chamber. In 2007-2012 he was a member of the Armenian parliament, in 2004-2007 Nranyan served as a consultant on economic issues for the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau. -0-
