YEREVAN, July 15. /ARKA/. From July 1 to 13, 1,775 trucks loaded with apricots left Armenia and have already crossed the border with the Russian Federation, said Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.
"Another 117 trucks are currently on their way to Russia," Papoyan said on his Facebook page.
Earlier, Armenian trucks with cognac encountered problems at the Upper Lars checkpoint on the Georgian-Russian border. Due to additional laboratory tests requested by the Georgian side, dozens of trucks were unable to cross into the Russian Federation for about two months. The problem was resolved in early June after the intervention of the Armenian Economy Ministry.
