In July 2025, there were 21,138 real estate transactions in Armenia, compared to 21,584 transactions in July 2024 and 20,587 transactions in June 2025.
YEREVAN, September 10. /ARKA/. In July 2025, there were 21,138 real estate transactions in Armenia, compared to 21,584 transactions in July 2024 and 20,587 transactions in June 2025. This information is supported by data from the National Statistical Committee.
The highest number of transactions during the reporting month took place in Yerevan - 6,249 (29.6% of the total), while the lowest was in Vayots Dzor - 356 (1.7%).
Overall, real estate alienation transactions were predominant - 7,684 (36.4% of the total), which included 5,035 purchase and sale transactions, 2,320 donations, and 60 exchanges. Additionally, there were 3,612 inheritance transactions (17.1%), 3,585 primary registration transactions (17% of the total), 3,240 pledge transactions (15.3%), 1,933 re-registration transactions (9.1%), 937 lease transactions (4.4%), and 147 legalization transactions (0.7%). Furthermore, in July, the majority of transactions in the real estate market involved land plots- 7,987 (37.7%).
During the reporting month of this year, there were also 5,669 transactions involving apartments in multi-apartment buildings (26.8%), 4,642 transactions with residential buildings (22%), 1,542 transactions with public buildings (7.3%), 903 transactions with garages (4.3%), and 395 transactions with industrial buildings (1.9%).-0-
