YEREVAN, March 17. /ARKA/. The fuel and marketplace markets are the most problematic in Armenia, Gegham Gevorgyan, head of the RA Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Interests, told the ARKA news agency on Monday.

"The most problematic in Armenia, among traditional markets, is the fuel market, as this sector is constantly changing globally, and it is largely connected to foreign markets," Gevorgyan noted, answering a question about the most problematic markets from a competition standpoint.

According to him, from a professional perspective, both globally and in Armenia, digital markets—large marketplaces where a significant portion of trade takes place—are also problematic.

"The public may not be paying much attention to this, but the fact remains: the global marketplace market is currently one of the most problematic," Gevorgyan said.
