The publication recommends visiting the temples of Garni and Geghard, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lake Sevan and the "Armenian Switzerland" of Dilijan, the monasteries of Khor Virap with views of Ararat and Tatev, dating back to the 9th century, as well as tasting Armenian wines with a 6,000-year history and visiting the Matenadaran museum, which houses one of the world's largest collections of ancient manuscripts.
