Domestic trade turnover in Armenia in January-June 2025 amounted to 2,953,471.8 million drams (in current prices), an increase of 3.9% compared to January-June 2024. This was reported by the National Statistical Committee of the Republic.

YEREVAN, August 8. /ARKA/. Domestic trade turnover in Armenia in January-June 2025 amounted to 2,953,471.8 million drams (in current prices), an increase of 3.9% compared to January-June 2024. This was reported by the National Statistical Committee of the Republic.

At the same time, in June 2025, this figure amounted to 549,356.9 million drams, an increase of 2.8% compared to June 2024, and of 6.2% compared to May of the same year.

In total, the wholesale trade turnover for the reporting period amounted to 1,933,604.8 million drams (share - 65.5%, growth compared to the same period last year - 3.4%), retail trade turnover - 902,214.7 million drams (share - 30.5%, growth - 4.6%), and automobile trade turnover - 117,652.3 million drams (share - 4%, growth - 8.5%). In the structure of retail trade, the share of shops in the total retail turnover is 83.2% (volume - 750,359.7 million drams, growth - 3.9%), the share of consumer goods markets - 3.5% (32,029.9 million drams, decline - 1.7%), kiosks - 1.2% (11,380.0 million drams, growth - 1.6%), agricultural markets - 0.9% (7,768.8 million drams, growth - 4.8%), and other trade facilities - 11.2% (100,676.3 million drams, growth - 11.7%).
