YEREVAN, May 8. /ARKA/. Сopper concentrate production in Armenia slashed by 23.7% to 79,596.4 tons in January-March 2025 compared to January-March 2024, according to the National Statistical Committee.

Zinc concentrate production increased by 23.6% to 2,399.0 tons, while molybdenum concentrate production dropped by 26.9% to 4,343.5 tons.

Also, some 1,221.1 tons of ferromolybdenum were produced in Q1, which is 30.7% less than in the same time span of 2024. -0-

Armenia will receive €70.4 million from IBRD to improve irrigation services and water supply
