Consumer prices in Armenia increased by 3.1% in January-June

According to the National Statistical Committee (NSC), consumer prices in Armenia grew by 3.1% from January to June of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
YEREVAN, July 25. /ARKA/. According to the National Statistical Committee (NSC), consumer prices in Armenia grew by 3.1% from January to June of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
Compared to June of last year, prices grew by 3.9% in June of this year. Compared to May of this year, prices declined by 1.3%.
According to the NSC, prices for industrial goods increased by 2.1% compared to the same period last year. In June, growth was 2.5% year-over-year and 0.3% month-over-month.
Preliminary data from the NSC indicates that economic activity increased by 6.3% in January–June 2025 compared to the first six months of 2024. -0-
