Consumer prices in Armenia increased by 2.1% in January-February
YEREVAN, March 25. /ARKA/. According to preliminary data, consumer prices in Armenia increased by 2.1% in January-February 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC) of Armenia.
In February of this year, compared to February of last year, the increase was 2.5%, and compared to January of this year, it was 0.1%.
According to the NSC, prices for industrial goods in the first two months of this year increased by 2.2% compared to the same period last year. In February, the year-on-year growth was 1.6%, and the month-on-month growth was 0.5%.
According to preliminary data from the National Statistical Committee, Armenia's economic activity indicator for January-February 2025 showed a growth of 4.1% compared to the first two months of 2024.
