Consumer prices in Armenia in January-April increased by 2.7%
YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. According to preliminary data, consumer prices in Armenia in January-April 2025 increased by 2.7% compared to January-April 2024. This is evidenced by the data of the report of the National Statistical Committee (NSC) of Armenia.
At the same time, in April of this year, compared to April last year, the growth was 3.2%, and compared to March of the same year - 0.5%.
According to the NSC, prices for industrial goods in the four months of this year compared to the same period last year increased by 2%. In April, the growth was 1.9% for the year, and 0.7% for the month.
According to preliminary data from the National Statistical Committee, the economic activity indicator of Armenia in January-April 2025 registered a growth of 4.4% compared to the first four months of 2024. -0-
