YEREVAN, June 29. /ARKA/. The new Armenian government is determined to give a new push to the development of relations with the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a message to the participants of the 7th Russian-Armenian interregional forum.

Armenian-Russian interregional forums have been held since 2011 with the aim of deepening cooperation between the regions of both countries. An exhibition is also organized as part of the gathering to showcase the potential and opportunities of the regions, as well as the results of cooperation.

"Our countries face the same ambitious tasks of providing comfortable conditions for business and proportional development of regions," Pashinyan's message says.

He also noted that the rapidly changing realities of the modern world dictate the need for the development and implementation of a digital agenda that will minimize bureaucratic costs and make the life of citizens of the two countries more comfortable.

The 7th Armenian-Russian interregional forum is being held in Yerevan under the title "Digital Initiatives of Russia and Armenia in the framework of the implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union." The Russian delegation is headed by the Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky. -0-
