YEREVAN, March 19. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan declared the issue of "tax terror" against businesses in the country closed.
"Tax terror is closed. Since 2024, reports have periodically appeared on social media about the alleged onset of government pressure on businesses. On the contrary, we have repeatedly stated that we do not wish for any kind of terror, but are instead allocating hundreds of billions to programs to stimulate the economy," Pashinyan said at a government meeting on Thursday.
The Prime Minister noted that the Armenian government expects businesses to conscientiously pay their taxes.
